These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reels Factory. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Service

Reels Factory provides tools for creating and managing short-form video content as described in the product. Features may change as we improve the service.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Refunds and chargebacks are handled under the applicable billing terms shown at purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use Reels Factory lawfully and consistently with the product purpose and these Terms. The following Acceptable Use rules form part of these Terms.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service for illegal content or activity; harassment; fraud; spam; or any attempt to circumvent security, access controls, or billing.

5.2 Content and Intellectual Property Restrictions

You may not upload or distribute infringing material, malware, or content you do not have rights to use. You retain rights to your content subject to the licence needed to operate the service.

5.3 Abuse, Fraud and Platform Integrity

You may not scrape or overload the service abusively, manipulate attribution or billing, create fake accounts, or interfere with other users.

5.4 Security and Technical Misuse

You may not probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical protections.

5.5 Enforcement, Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section, and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

5.6 Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations via the in-product support channels or the public contact page.

6. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing law

Governing law and venue will be stated in the final lawyer-approved text.

8. Amendments

Material updates are published as new versions. Existing customers receive the configured grace period from first authenticated display of the new version.
